§  10:00 am            Snack

§  12:00 noon        Lunch

§  3:00 pm               Snack / Shake

§  6:00 pm               Dinner

§  8:00 pm               Snack

§  Water Intake completed by 8:00pm

*      MAKE A WEEKLY SHOPPING PLAN & LIST

o   Decide the day to shop

o   Chose one primary food preparation day

o   Create a menu

§  Make your shopping list from your menu

§  Make small healthy “lunchables” for the week

*      READ YOUR 21 DAY PURFICATION BOOKLET COVER TO COVER

o   21 Day Purification Handbook

*      SET YOUR GOALS FOR THE FIRST SEVEN (7) DAYS

o   Example:

§  “I will never go hungry”

§  “I will eat 50% raw foods”

§  “I will eat twice as many vegetables as fruit”

§  “ I will drink half my body weight in ounces”

*      DEFINE & SET UP NECESSARY BOUNDARIES

o   Ask, “Is there anything in your environment that may alter your success?”

o   Set Healthy Boundaries to protect your success

§  Example:

·         “Put all sweets in the garage”

*      SET YOUR 21 DAY GOAL LIST

o   Review it in seven (7) days
